Tirza Motivates - You May Have Dream Killer Tendencies

There is a dream inside the core of your very being, screaming to be achieved. You are talented, gifted and exceptionally great at this thing you want to do and you know in your heart you need to do it. You realize it’s the necessary next step to achieving your full potential. You go to sleep thinking about it. You wake up thinking about it. You google about it. You talk about it. You may have even taken the first step to getting it.  But! For some reason, you have yet to go hard and fully be about it. The reason(s) why you haven’t are likely to be what I call “Dream Killer Tendencies” or DKT.

Dream Killer Tendencies hold you hostage, stop you from moving forward and keep you captive to your emotions. They prevent you from truly believing in, pursuing and eventually achieving your full potential.

A person who has dream killer tendencies fits the descriptions below. As you read, see if you identify with one of the tendencies.

If you do, you may be the perfect candidate for the virtual group coaching program I will launch at the start of 2017.

More information about my virtual group coaching program will follow in the weeks to come. The program is designed with you in mind — high achievers with big, bad, bold goals in 2017, but if you are honest, you are also concerned that the dream killer tendencies listed below may get in the way of you actually achieving the dream.

Stay tuned and email me directly if you wish to learn more now and have your name added to the program wait list: tirza@tirzabarnesgriffith.com.

The Three Dream Killer Tendencies…

DKT #1: You are both excited and restless. You have an idea or a dream but you are afraid of the possibilities. You resist the pursuit of the dream because you worry it will take you out of your comfort zone. You’ve been consumed with others’ opinions of the idea/dream. Therefore, you doubt your capacity and ability to achieve something so amazing. Why me? Who do I think I am? You ask. So, you contemplate in a mindset of doubt and over-analyze so often that you become frustrated and never execute or achieve the dream.

DKT#2: You are just the opposite of the above. You know you have it going on! You are pretty confident in your abilities and capacity. When you have a vision, you get excited about it, dream big about the possibilities and you have the gift of selling the dream in a way that gets people in your circle excited about it. But, you are challenged with turning that vision into bite-sized, organized actions and effective execution. So you get stuck, become frustrated and loose the motivation which eventually prevents you from executing and realizing the dream.

DKT#3: You have stated that you are going after a dream and want to achieve a certain goal. You set the goal, write down dates and set checkpoints. But, you are challenged by commitment and following through on a concrete plan and specific action steps necessary to achieving the goal. You don’t give the act of goal attainment your full effort. And, as with anything in life, when you don’t give it your all, you receive mediocre results. So, your lack of commitment and inactivity frustrates you and is holding you back, mostly because you fail to effectively execute and realize the dream.

If you have one or more of these Dream Killer Tendencies you may be the perfect candidate for the virtual group coaching program I will launch at the start of 2017.

Stay tuned and email me directly if you wish to learn more now and have your name added to the program wait list: tirza@tirzabarnesgriffith.com.

Now that you are aware of the top three Dream Killer Tendencies what will you do different? The truth holds that nothing exciting and amazing will happen to you unless you take the initiative to do something that is new, bold and is a dream for YOU.
